I just did a quick style section over on my stories featuring this gorgeous Lou & Grey Striped Turtleneck Dolman Dress by Loft. I love this dress because it’s mom-friendly, super soft (as all Lou & Grey is), and versatile! The best part is that it’s currently on sale – sang it quick before the sale ends or it sells out!
Let me first say, this dress runs large. I’m usually a medium in all things Loft (a large when I’m pregnant or need more room in the bust) but this dress is a size small. I would recommend sizing down for sure. If you’re between sizes you could even size down two sizes. But, keep in mind, the dolman cut is supposed to fit loosely anyway so a little room is good. 🙂 I’m excited about this dress because I think I can wear it through my entire pregnancy – woot!
Look #1: Causal Momiform
Kept it simple for look #1 by adding a denim jacket and my favorite velvet sneakers. I finished the look off with my favorite Line Necklace from Asterisk Boutique. I think this look is perfect for a day at the park, running errands, or a casual lunch date.
Look #2: Cozy Chic
For look #2 I added a blanket scarf, my black booties from ABEO, and a wool hat. If you haven’t tried ABEO shoes you’re missing out – their comfort is unparalleled. I have yet to find a bootie that is as comfortable as my booties from ABEO (I have two pair from them). And this wool hat is also from Loft and makes such a fun accessory. This look would be fun for a girls night out!
Look #3: Date Night
Ah you know we needed a date night look in this post and what makes a date night look better than a leather jacket and red heels? Again I’m wearing my favorite Line Necklace from Asterisk Boutique…it’s so good friends + it goes with everything! My heels are surprisingly comfortable which is good because they are wayyy higher than I usually purchase but I’ve been loving them! They’re the mule heel from Shoetopia.
Look #4: Teacher Vibes
I had to throw this look in for my sister, a third grade teacher. I think this look is perfect for teaching but I would also wear this to church or a casual get-together with friends. My favorite part? My Daisy Faye Designs velvet scrunchy! But I’m also loving this v-neck sweater I layered over top + a fun pair of leopard flats (from Shoetopia).
Honestly, I could have styled this dress 10 more ways but I’m going to leave it at that! Which look was your favorite? Tell me in the comments below!
